Administrative, Budgeting & Accounting

  • Annual budgeting and expenditure tracking
  • Monthly financial reporting, or for smaller properties quarterly or semi-annually
  • Preparation of monthly board meeting packages, coordination of meetings, minute taking (Equity ICI staff take the minutes at the board meeting as part of our scope of services)
  • Preparation of a monthly management report
  • Comprehensive general, reserve and investment bank account administration including reconciliations, PAP, EFT, wires
  • Coordination of the annual audit and tax returns
  • Administration of owner billings, maintenance fee collection and receivables management
  • Preparation and administration of the Reserve Fund Study, issuance of Form 15 to owners.

  • Provision of building operations staff, supervision and training
  • Benefits and payroll for owner employed site staff if required, including administration of payroll and benefits. Equity ICI maintains its own group benefits plan available to clients.
