The team at Equity ICI has provided project planning and project management services to property owners for more than 30 years.

Our team has experience in a wide variety of project types and roles, from lobby renovations to complete construction of new builds, from owner’s rep to coordinating approvals, design team selection, design coordination, contractor oversight and contract administration.  Our specialties include leasehold improvements in a commercial and life sciences environment, building capital improvements such as HVAC systems and building envelope repairs, and supervision of residential condominium construction.

We also provide property management services to developers as they assemble sites and obtain approvals in preparation for demolition and the start of construction.  This specialty focuses on maximizing rental revenue for the development horizon, negotiating surrender agreements and administering demolition clauses.
